SELLING
Our listing fee is inexpensive and beats most competitors' fees by thousands. Many real estate companies commonly seek 3% for their listing fee. For example, on a home selling for $400,000, our competitors would earn $12,000. We charge 1.5% (half), only if your property sells. In this example, we would save a seller $6,000 on the listing commission. When you list with us, you can offer a selling agent the commission amount you want. Our service includes listing your home in the Multiple Listings (MLS), Realtor.com (Showcase Listing), EHLSells.com, Craig's List, local advertising (THE YELP Newspaper, Sierra Star Newspaper, and Yosemite Gateway Real Estate Guide), open houses, contract negotiations, etc. We do everything other agents do; we just do it for less!
BUYING
When buying a home or vacant land, we offer 10% of our commission back to you in the form of a broker rebate. We give you (the buyer) 10% of the seller paid commission we receive at closing. When you purchase the property through us, you will actually receive a check at closing for 10% of our commission.
This money is yours and can be used for anything; moving expenses, upgrades to your new home, furniture, or anything you desire. It is completely legal. We will help you find your dream home and negotiate the best deal possible; when the property closes, you receive a check! It's like having a generous relative in the Real Estate business.
